CueMind's video generation features are powered by BytePlus ModelArk infrastructure operated by BytePlus Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). When you use video generation, your inputs, including text prompts, uploaded images, video clips, and audio, are transmitted to and processed by BytePlus servers.

BytePlus processes this data solely to provide the video generation service for CueMind. BytePlus does not use customer inputs or outputs to train its base models without separate consent.

If you are located in the EU or EEA, please note that use of video generation involves transfer of your data to BytePlus infrastructure that may be located outside the EEA. By using CueMind's video generation features, you consent to this transfer.

4. Third-Party Services
